Quick Turkey

You can use your Iron Works gas grill to cook a 12 pound turkey in about half an hour! Here's how:

The side burner is lifted out of the side shelf, with a 30 quart stock pot, 4 gallons of oil, and the basket and thermometer in place. The oil is heated to 370 degrees which takes about half an hour. Nov19_05.jpg (45110 bytes)

Enjoy your finished turkey!

Of course your Iron Works gas grill can do a traditional roast turkey with all the control you'd expect from a fine chef's oven. Our roto-convection cooking makes the difference!
